Through this work, I aim to convey that music uplifts the spirit, infusing our lives with color and vibrancy, even amidst darkness. It serves as a reminder that, like the birds, we too can rise above our struggles and embrace the beauty that surrounds us. At the very least, it can elevate us beyond our ordinary, predictable routines. In Awakening, I invite viewers to reflect on their own experiences with music, to recognize its power to heal and inspire, and to celebrate the joy it brings into our lives. Ultimately, this painting is a visual testament to the uplifting force of creativity and expression.
